Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period:
Our return policy covers a span of 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to process your return.
Return Address:
Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be considered (if applicable) under the following conditions:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
If your return meets the criteria and is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have yet to receive your refund, please take the following steps:
- Begin by checking your bank account.
- Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact.balonatee@gmail.com, and ship your item to 24903 Holmes Rd, Cleveland, MO, 64734, US
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
